For people who complain about how they look and their strength losses when they don’t put in the work - or any work at all for that matter. We all have the same number of hours in a day, and if you can’t go to bed early enough to fit in a morning workout like you had planned, that’s unfortunate. But sometimes we don’t get enough sleep and we have to push through anyways.

does anyone else ever just REALLY want to do deadlifts…?
but that’s ok, because i had some super shining moments sprinkled in here and there which made i bearable
1. MY AUNT IS OFFICIALLY CANCER FREE AND I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY
2. My workout was amazing this morning! managed to strict press 65lbs x3 which was 15lbs more than I expected
3. Went for lunch with my roommates to celebrate the fact that my one roommate is expecting her first niece/nephew!
4. My workout tomorrow is perfect. Literally perfect. Could not be more excited to push myself.
Essentially just reminding myself that today is almost over, and tomorrow is a new day. I have lots to do, but I’ll accomplish what needs to be done, and I’ll do it well. I just need my brain to stop being so messy sometimes - really distracts from the positivity I try to surround myself with all the time.
